Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- You received a defective or damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- You received a different size or design than what was ordered
Note : We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, dislike of the design, or sizing issues if the correct size was delivered.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us in case of returns.
- Please use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with our support team.
- The return address will be shared upon approval of your return request.
Refund & Replacement Process
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved for a genuine issue, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If you prefer, we can also offer a free replacement for the same product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products purchased under sale, discounts, or special offers (unless damaged/defective)
- Limited edition Labubu toys, once opened or used
- Products returned without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@ploppz.com with your order ID and reason for return
- Attach images/videos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Our team will verify and guide you with the return steps
